No Links in some of my Journal listings

I like the fact that there are links to the plants that I have in my Journal. DG has done this for me. I did not do it.
It is found under "This plant is in the PlantFiles!" Example (near the bottom of the page) : http://davesgarden.com/journal/edit/viewentry.php?rid=56274

Then I have some that do not have any links. Why is this and how can I get links automatically?
Example: http://davesgarden.com/journal/edit/viewentry.php?rid=56308
