Post your favorite brug of 2004!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I love that seedling Scoot and that picture sure is pretty. Oh to be back to those warm lazy days.

Yes, Vixen is Susie's grown by Tracey. This is one I can't wait to see in my yard blooming its head off. I have seeds from her but have never seen her yet. I want to cross red with her ASAP. LOL

Scoot great Monika pic. I need to go find another to post with this. LOL

This is Maya, kind of reminds me of Monika's.

It's too bad your Maya had so few blooms. LOL! Good grief, that is a beautiful brug.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Second the motion! My Maya doesn't bloom like that!

WOW!!!!

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Mine bloomed almost that good a year ago but this past summer was a bad season for all plants.

Beautiful pictures everyone.

CC, Vixen is beautiful. I lost mine before it ever bloomed.

Gretchen, I like Banana Split a lot and the numbered seedling is really photogenic. Great pictures in that collage. Harlot was a great bloomer for me too Deb. I love Vixen, CC. That is some awesome color. All of the pictures are just great.

Northeast, WA(Zone 5a)

Margie, that Forever Morr is gorgeous. Would love to get one of those. cc, the Vixen is beautiful. And Gretchen what a wonderful way to display them. Where can a person purchase any, or all of these? I guess just one at a time wherever you find them and hope the seller is reputable. You might wait 2 years to get one to bloom and it is something else?

Oh they are all just beautiful! These pictures are great 'pick-me-ups' on such brown days.

Mc Call Creek, MS

WOW! We folks who don't have all the new ones have lots to look forward to, don't we?

Thanks to all for sharing these beautiful pictures! They are the stuff dreams are made of!

All those colors are amazing. Kell's beauty was my favorite to look at this year, and I'm afraid I don't have anything to compare to all the amazing pictures above, but my HG did good this year, putting out two blooms.

Clare, that's a beautiful picture of your HG. Hope mine gives me an equally pretty bloom next year. OOPS, I mean this summer. LOL

Well, I think I'd be remiss if I didn't think my 'Whiskers in the Sky' photo didn't turn out great (even if I DO have to say so myself!)

Here I was....going through the forums this morning....when I came across this grand thread. All of a sudden.......... my eyes glossed over and it felt like last summer all over again. I only wish that we could post those wonderful fragrances along with our pictures.

A big Thank You to everyone for sharing your lovely pictures. And Kell.......... Your timing couldn't be better. Especially for us 'snowbirds' who have nothing but grey skies, naked trees and dormant grass to look at.

Choosing a favorite for 2004 was really hard. I truly loved EVERYTHING about "Champagne Fizz" but have to say that " Inca Queen" stole my 'brug' heart this year. This may have been that 'once in a lifetime' opportunity for me. To get a Sang to flower in Wisconsin has to be a stroke of real good luck :)

Edited for spelling

See why I had such a hard time choosing my favorite for 2004?

Champagne Fizz ... Unsure of the hybridizer??? I think it is Ludger???

Did some searching last night. The Ch. Fizz hybridizer is L. schneider

Whoa...I just about missed these last few pictures. Love the sang Renee. CF is a good bloomer, but I had trouble with the blooms browning this summer. Too much wind I think.
