Garden Angel Quilt

Walkerton, VA(Zone 7a)

It finally came; and it's beautiful! The pictures posted don't do it justice. I promise it will occupy a place of honor at Bob's Knob, and later at Garnett's Creek. I'm home alone until tomorrow when I go to Richmond for Christmas. I'll take it with me and post a photo from there.

MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of Dave's Garden and especially to the quilters who did such a marvelous job for a wonderful cause.

Thank YOU Bob! It was a pleasure to participate in the making of this quilt....but without folks like you, the real fruits of our labors wouldn't show.

OH BOB! I feel like the quilt was mine....LOL I carried it for many miles before giving it up. I know you will enjoy looking at it each day. Jo

I got to see it "in person", too! That's a real beauty and a labor of love.

Cherish that baby, Bob! It carries a lot of meaning, doesn't it!?

Happy Holidays, everyone!

Here's a photo of the quilt with my family. We were having a merry old time.
