Hi!My grandma has an old German cookbook that has a recipe that I would like to try for Christmas dinner. She knows how to speak German, but she can't see very well anymore, and can't read the small letters. If anyone speaks German fluently, please let me know,if you don't mind translating the recipe for me.
Thanks,Chelsea
Can someone help me?
Why not email Monika? She is German. Jo
Brandnewgirl133,
Do you have a college near by?. Most colleges or universities usually have some one who can speak German and would be glad to help especially if you invite them to dinner. prcastle MERRY CHRISTMAS
If that doesn't work, try this website. When I need a sentence or two translated, it helps. It translates many languages. Good luck!

Chelsea, send me the recipe, I'd be happy to translate it for you.

How about a magnifier glass to help your Grandma see the words.
Another good translation site is AltaVista's Babel fish.....
