What's up with the TT EMail?

Carmel, NY(Zone 6b)

Every time I receive a trade, I mark it in my trade tracker. When I submit it, the dialogue box comes up to send a thank you e-mail. I always fill it out, but the recipients NEVER receive their e-mails. It's very frustrating. What's up?
