Continuing: Could Santa come early to a lucky brugie??? # 3

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

Did I run everyone off with my posts? It was just a suggestion, albeit one that I feel passionately about.

Adding as a P.S. to my last post. I read that you all would like us to post more in the brug forum, and I'd love to. But, although I do have brugs, my growing conditions are not the best for me to post advice or great pictures. My brugs bring DH and I great joy, but are not comparable to the great ones that many here can grow. I do lurk in the brug forum a lot though. Maybe I'm not the best one to win this great brug, but it would be loved if I did win it.

Okay everyone!!! The ice has been broken! No need to be shy. Stand up and post your position. Do you or don't you?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Yes, Joan, I usually do read all the posts but sometimes I have forgotten what I read one sentence into my own post. Yes, things are that bad. LOL

I too have picked some soldier boys and 1 soldier girl I am sending goody boxes to. I have had the best time shopping for them. More fun than my usual holiday shopping I do. That seems like a chore now after so many years, but this shopping was a joy! Maybe because these gifts are not expected and not done out of obligation but out of a need to express my thanks to them.

You do not have to be a brug master to post just a brug fancier, Joan. I started posting on this forum the first day I signed up on Dave's and I had never even used a digital camera. I had the most common California brugs and had never even conversed with anyone about them before. I grew into what I am now right out in the open on this forum. Transformed right in front of everyone. Into what, I am not sure. LOL! I always had a great time, even as a newbie. You just can't be shy but jump in.

If you stay a lurker, you will not form brug grower alliances! You will never get on the gravy train! LOL. Learning with others really forms bonds. I have some incredible good friends that I met on this forum. Some very special people. And it was thru posting on here day in and day out. I got to know others well and they got to know me.

So I say post, post and post. If you feel you have nothing yet to share of your own as far as pictures or knowledge, just share in someone else's brug joy to start.

We would love for you all to stay and play after this contest is over.

LOL, I forgot what thread I was on. Hey TARogers5, love your pic.
