Looking for Lullabys (Lullabies?)

Keaau, HI(Zone 11)

You all are such a help and I don't know why I haven't approached you all with this quest before now: I am looking for the words to old standard lullabys (my choice of spelling)...especially "Frog Went a Courting" and "Oh Mother How Pretty (Lovely?) The Moon is Tonight". DS + wife just had my first grandchild and he is frantically looking for these. Seems he sang as much of Frog Went a Courting as he remembered to his daughter in utero, and when she was born he sang it and she stopped crying!!!

Anyone know a website that might have the words to the old lullabys?

Thanking you muchly,

Carol

Beautiful baby! Love the name, too. My favorite cousin is Leslie Noel, but she goes by Noel.

Thanks Gemila and Darius...I think she is pretty gorgeous too. I will see her in Feb. when I visit PNW...lots of snuggling to catch up on.

Noel is my family name and I love it. No sons from my brother so the surname dies out with him. Luckily, it won't be gone forever.

Hey, Carol! Noel is my family name, too. Just one cousin in my gneration to carry on the name. Fortunately he has one son.

By the way, glad you found the lullaby. My favorite is the Brahms Lullaby.
