Please join me in sending your warmest greetings and wishes to these gardeners who help make DG so wonderfully special!

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Well today is my anniversary and I've been day dreaming all day about all the wonderful happenings that I have experienced for the past 4 yrs.....WOW! I can't believe that I have been a member here that long.

My gardens are full of DG members and my head is full of great memories of the people I have made friends with here at DG. This site has grown so much, but the friendliness of it's members and all the great information I learn everyday, keep me coming back each and everyday.

Just for laughs, I looked up my first post here: http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/1350/

Thank you Dave for a great 4 yrs. at DG.

Donna, you may have forgotten, but you were one of my first traders (So was Calalily, and I can't quite remember which of you was my very first.) But I do remember that you kindly sent me a box full of Agapanthus for postage. I should tell you I placed the tubers in five give large pots. I gave one pot to my neighbor and wound up repotting mine last year. My neighbor's bloomed this year, but mine haven't yet. (bottom lip quivering ) The foliage looks great, though! I'm pretty sure next year they'll be rootbound enough to bloom for me, too.

Long story short, thanks for being one of the DG members who made me feel welcome when I joined!!!

Efland, NC(Zone 7a)

Happy Anniversary to All!!!

And a special howdy and hello to SoCal (and DH!)....

This place is the best, eh? Eh?

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Terry, boy do I remember sending you those Agapanthus. lol That was the first time that I sent any live plants in a trade and I ended up sending over 20 boxes. phew! I sure hope they bloom for you this year. I can't believe they haven't bloomed yet. They are such a basic landscaping plant out here as are the Nadina's. YUK. I also sent them to Cala and Trish.

Howdy back atcha Shoe. You are so right, this place "is" the best!!!!!!!

Off to do some Christmas shopping now. Haven't bought one thing yet!

Donna
