if a registered person sends me a email through DG ................ will they be able to read my reply email ?

IF NOT................

I believe he intends to subscribe , so will my emails to him still be there ?

Yes, they will still be able to read the reply. The mail system at DG is available to subscribers and non-subscribers alike.
