When I was deleting an item on my trading page I received

Crossville, TN(Zone 6b)

this message:

Deleting Hosta 'Royal Standard' (39156) Search TradeLists:

Database error: Invalid SQL:
MySQL Error: 1064 (You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1)
Session halted.

Thank you for this report. I tried to replicate here locally and had no trouble at all, so it's hiding from me.

Could you try me again, but this time write down and report here all the steps that you took? Then I'll go do the same steps and hopefully that'll show me the error.

thanks,
dave

1. I was trying to remove the hosta from the main topic "plants"
2. Clicked on 'Plants'
3. Clicked on 'Delete'
4. " " 'Yes, please delete it.'
5. Deleting Hosta 'Royal Standard' (39156) Search TradeLists:

Second question: I have no pictures of my own and understand somewhat about copyrighting. Can I still place a jpg from someone else's page (example: Sheridan Gardens) to my 'viewing' page or is this still considered illegal? I just want people to see what the flower looks like.
I have been copying and pasting links within the Plant data base to my trading page with no problems.

Thank you for the extre steps. I found and fixed the problem - please try again and let me know how it goes.

As for your other question: you'd be best off just linking to the picture, rather than actually putting it into the journal. If you really wanted to use it, you'll need to contact the person and get their permission, and then you can post it.

Dave
