Dave, maybe some asked this question before I found you. I would like to know if you can delete a thread. Example: If I get no response for a couple of months on a request, is there a way to delete it? It would thin down the listings, HUH? Hope you can help!!

P.S. I know you can edit, but that doesn't make room. Am I being clear?

Hi mom54,

There's no way for a member to delete a thread right now, even her own. But...

I've been considering putting in a feature where you can go to a thread and there will be a little "request a change to this thread" area where you can easily request a change.

Then that will be sent into a queue for me to look at, and perform the request if necessary. Would that help?

Hi Dave,
I put in a thread for Trade or SASE on some Alpine seeds I have which for sure it seems no-one is interested in. I second the idea of some way to remove an out-dated thread. Like whenever you have the time in between all the 3,000 other things you seem to do.LOL

Dave, It would be ideal if a member could remove his own thread. It seems as if you would be SWAMPED with requests. I agree with Runew, you would never go to bed. But I guess something is better than nothing. Sure would like to make it a little easier on you, though.
