My grandson is a chief on the nucular submarine "Nebraska". Usually they operate out of Kings Bay GA, but now are in Seattle, WA. The cast of "Extreme Homes" were in the area and came on board to film for the January 2 episode and he gave them the tour and will be in the film! This has caused a "Nanny melt down" LOL Of course I HAVE to share this picture. Matthew is the handsome young man on the right....the love of my life!!!

Thank you all for your kind words. I am so proud of all of my family. Each one is very much an individual, and each one loved equally for their own original self. That being said, "Chief" Matthew is my first born grandchild and has a special place in my heart. He is so proud to be in the service of his country, and loves his "Big Boomer" subs as if they were his own!
It seems that "hob-nobbing" with the rich and famous only run in that part of the family. His mother is the one that shook the president's hand!
