If you click on a members name making a post in a forum with your mouse you will be taken to their page. Some have their pictures on it. It does appear to be Dave!

Let's see, tricycle, John Deere hat, yep it's me! :)

Payneville, KY(Zone 7a)

Dave, we appreciate your contribution to fuel economy. :) Is it a JD trike by any chance ....LOL

Lenexa, KS(Zone 6a)

Hey I just noticed Dave changed his city/town from Kerrville to San Antonio......when did that happen?

That happens 7 days ago, when we moved into the city. It's our 4th move since starting DG, and in the tradition that we've been following, we do it quietly without telling anyone. :)

Bless your heart Dave. I sure hope you've still got room for your big veggie garden at the new place. May the Lord bless you and your family in this new home.

Payneville, KY(Zone 7a)

Hey maybe paper Trish was lost in moving...:)

Thanks langbr :)

Payneville, KY(Zone 7a)

Hi Dave, How are you, Trish, and the family doing? Have a great day, Kathy

Hi Kathy,

We are all doing great! Happily continuing day-by-day, just like everyone else I suppose. Nothing really to report. :)

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

Hey Dave, you're wearing my shoes!! LOL! :-D

Efland, NC(Zone 7a)

You moved again!? And this time "into the city"?

(Are there any deer in your back yard there?)

Congrats on the new place...I'm sure ya'll must be enjoying it (or eventually will once everything is all unpacked and in its place). For some reason I envision Trish already making new curtains, re-designing the children's bedrooms, staring into the yard wondering where ya'll are gonna put the herb bed, the veggie patch, etc.... Whew! Better let ya'll get back to it!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Congrats on the move. Did you use that tricycle to pull the trailer? LOL! Hope you find this new home to be the best!!

Thanks ya'll. Shoe you definitely described the situation to a "T"!! You sure do know us well!

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Is that really you Dave? Whoa, you're a good lookin' fellar!

Hope your moving is over quickly and smoothly!

Nicole

Yes, that's me and the move did go well, thanks. We're all settled in. :)

best,

Dave, when I made 3 moves in about a year...someone asked me "did the rent come due?" LOL

I hope you enjoy your new place...although I loved the one you had and liked Kerrville too. Jo

Hi Dave, nice to meet you. Thank you for this site!!It's wonderful!!

Vicksburg, MS(Zone 8a)

I strongly suspect this is not Dave's last move and he will eventually wind his way over to San Marcos - nearly midway between Austin and San Antonio, 15 minutes from Wimberly and all that the Hill Country has to offer, 20 minutes from Canyon Reservoir, inner tubing on the Guadalupe, and New Braunfels, plus it has all the things that a University town has to offer (including the highest concentration of stunningly beautiful women in one place on the planet, at least it was like this from the early 70's to the early 80's and I doubt if it has changed much over the years).

FYI Dave, if and when you want to do something special for Trish, take her out to eat at La Reve Restaurant on the Riverwalk. My wife and I have explored over 30 highly touted restaurants in the New Orleans area this past summer that included some amazingly good meals, but none of them compared to the meal we had last year around this time at La Reve. We will be eating there again on the 27th of this month. You also need to go eat at the restaurant at the Botanical Gardens for lunch one day after exploring the gardens. Amazing food for the price and the best desserts I have ever seen anywhere.

Thanks for the good tips, Baron. I sure appreciate them!

(And I remember our conversation 18 months ago about San Marcos. It sounds nice to someone who's looking for those things, but that's not really my cup of tea... :)

Taylor Creek, FL(Zone 10a)

Dave are you playing with our site today? or has my computer re-configured itself?

Vicksburg, MS(Zone 8a)

So, you're not into stunningly beautiful women.........each to their own......

I'm definitely into stunningly beautiful women, and am perfectly content with the one I've got. ;-)

Taylor Creek, FL(Zone 10a)

That's a loaded question for a married man like Dave. and he is a Gentleman not to answer. Now behave yourself copper.(;>)

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

Spokane, WA(Zone 5b)

I love San Antonio! I've been there many times, as my grandparents used to live south of there.

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

Just happened on to this thread. i knew you were young Dave, but a tricycle?
Wow! I guess you grow your toddlers bigger than our toddlers....

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

WOW good looking guy, and they sure do grow them kids big in TX *LOL*good thing it has three wheels

You would have to know me to understand why the tricycle. Some of the senior members here surely get the joke. :)

McKinney, TX(Zone 8a)

Well, it sure doesn't look like your everyday kids tricycle! Maybe more like a miniture tractor with those wheels.. Not too far off from a previous picture here of ya 'cept you've grown a little and the color is all wrong.

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Hey, who are you calling a senior??? I may be older than you, but I don't qualify for AARP just yet! (giggle, snort...)
