my mother in law started these for my daughter Tes and hasnt been able to find these three.

i will send a quarter and postage back in its place if any one has any extras. thanks Marie

Hi-I'm helping my granddaughter collect hers-so far she has them all--and I do have a few 'new' Iowa quarters-Let me know if interested

That is what mint they were printed at. Denver or ?????? hum answered one question and found yet another where is the other mint??

there are two mints in the USA one in Denver and one in Pennslvania.

some people would like to have both some like me just want either one so they can finish the sets.

I'm waaay behind on my collection since we have run out of Eastern states and started issuing states mid-west and beyond. We just don't gt them here.

"P" stands for Philadelphia, "D" stands for Denver, & "S" stands for San Francisco. The only way to get the state quarters with the "S" mint mark is to purchase a "Proof" set from the U.S. Mint.

Some older U.S. coins have had a "CC" mint mark for Carson City and an "O" mint mark for New Orleans. A few modern gold coins have a "W" mint mark for West Point.

Also some old gold coins have a "D" representing the Dahlonega mint and a "C" representing the Charlotte mint.
