There are small, BRIGHTOrange dots on the underside of some of my Plumeria's leaves. Does anyone know what they are. I don't see any insects.

Bad things on Plumeria?
I was told last year it was a fungus. I haven't looked to see if it there this year, but haven't noticed.
Sounds like "Rust"...which is curable.
That sounds right, like on Roses, I usually use the hose on them with a little soap.
Thanks so much for your replies. It only seems to be on the old leaves, so I'll try to do the wash thing and keep it from spreading to the new growth.

Hey, I too noticed the same thing just this morning and lo, I see this thread in the afternoon! What to do with the old leaves? Should we remove it and dispose them off at a different place?
