No GMT!!??

The time shown on Dave's for me - which I have set in my preferences to GMT+1 is still one hour behind ie it is actually showing GMT

In the options to change in my preferences there is NO GMT at all. It appears that GMT has become renamed as GMT+1

So you people in the UK have no time at all LOL........

GMT is indeed an option - It is all spelled out as Greenwich Mean Time.

Also, you could select any of the UTC options (there are a few) as UTC is the same thing as GMT.

Ah, yes I've found that, but I still get the same time when I select and submit GMT+1 as I do if I selact and submit Greenwich Mean Time - there should be an hour's difference I think

I don't mind altering it by using one of the other options - just thought you'd like to know....

philomel, GMT is in there. You just have to scroll down the list and hunt for "Greenwich Mean Time" - it's spelled out and they're not arranged in strict alphabetical order.

That's not really the point I was making Terry. If you read my reply above you will see I have found that since Dave pointed it out, but am describing another error

It's GMT+1 upwards that are wrong.
GMT+1 is set to GMT and all the others are an hour behind what they should be as well

Yes, it's strange isn't it

My computer has the right time anyway - or I can set the DG clock to show the right time with one of the other options so it's no problem
