Editing a subject title??

How do I edit a subject title? I wanted to add [Part 2] to the Personal Notes for the Christmas Craft Exchange but for got to put Part 2 in the subject. Help. I did add a hyperlink at the bottom of part one taking you to part 2.

If you need a subject line edited for a missed word (or a misspelled word) you can always contact the helpdesk. ("contact us" link is at the bottom of every page. It's especially helpful if you can copy and paste a hyperlink to the thread in your note so we can locate it easily.
