Reporting a problem

I'm not sure what the correct protocol is for reporting a problem and I can't find a reference in the FAQ's. So, I'm asking this question here with the hopes that someone will direct me in the correct procedure.

What are we supposed to do, or to whom do we write, when someone gets abusive or hateful on one of the Forums?

I would like this to be handled in a private fashion, but I don't know who to send a note to.

Send it to the helpdesk - you'll find a "contact us" at the bottom of this and every page. Hopefully we'll be able to help you become a happy Mary Ev once again ;o)
