Oh, fun! Sally will love that, Lisa! I really want to get a sewing machine. My mom has one, but it needs work -- gets tangled up. I need to ask her if I can borrow it. Every time I see the home improvement shows Howie and I watch, I just keep thinking about all the cool window treatments and such that I could make.

GW, once you start you'll never give it up....you'll find all sorts of projects you can do with a sewing machine, and before you know it, you might be making clothes etc....

Back in junior high, I made stuffed cactus plants for fun. Now, I would do them with more detail, like making yarn tufts for spines.

OK - that's it. I'll be over for camel wrestling....when is this really???? I'm sitting here laughing my at the thought of calling Doug or my parents or my sister or my sane American friends and telling them that I'm headed to Turkey for camel wrestling...or shall we say - "watching camel wrestling" -- and then thinking....well, maybe it would be better to say I'm going to watch pre-mating camel competitions.... needless to say - however it's described, it's funny....

yep, gonna get a ticket for this.... did you ever find out which airline will get me there.... DUB preferable, but LHR, etc. will do.

smirk....OMG - gonna be fun....Just back from Zurich tonight and headed for the US tomorrow (and I almost missed my flight)... so finally I'll actually get some time to catch up on forums, etc.

lol sandra....well, there are no direct flights from dublin in the winter, we are lobbying to get then flying in year round....
as it stands, you have to go to london, london/istanbul, then istanbul/bodrum....
I think it's in february some time...I'll check out the dates and get back to you
