Seeds to Brazil

If I want to send seeds to Brazil, do I have to fill out a customs form? If so, what do I declare? Are there any restrictions on sending seeds?

I just did a trade to Brazil..Just sent seeds in a padded envelope and they weighed & mailed..I didn't say it was seeds..For a padded envelope they didn't ask..Mails to there just as anywhere else..

If it's a browmn padded envelope, my postmaster makes me put a customs sticker on it. If I use a large business size envelope with bubble wrap, he doesn't ask a thing.

I mailed the seeds in a white padded envelope and had to declare the contents. I did not state that it was seeds! I declared that it was a hanky! Hope I don't get in any trouble.

I mailed mine in the same brown padded envelope that was mailed to me. No problem.
