Well, they're checking right now at the church to see if they actually put mine aside or if they sent them out to other folks. I prayed about it already. I am at peace, either way. Yes, I had plans for the bulbs, but you know what? They'll be appreciated no matter where they are planted. Whoever made the effort to buy some of these bulbs will surely look on them next spring and say a sweet "thank you" for God's lovely blooms.

They did in fact set the bulbs aside as I requested. They should get a donation on Monday to pay for the bulbs, postage and who knows what else. :) Jeremy even offered to throw a few peonies in the box. :)

Hey, I'm delighted that you know someone in Utah. That's awesome. Any chance they are or would like to be a member of Dave's Garden? Remember, if he/she doesn't have the $15 for a year-long membership (more than worth it in my opinion), then the Garden Angel fund may be able to provide the funds necessary to pay for the membership. Please ask him/her to join. I would also like to be able to say that everyone who received bulbs is a member of DG. Not absolutely essential, but it would really be great. Let me know, please.

smiln -- It's my mom, BloomsWithaView, and her address is in the Exchange!

She "does" [a limited amount of] bulbs, too, even with the over-all xeric nature of her gardening.
