has anyone collected the seed from this tree, this is the first year I have seen pods on mine and each one contains about five seeds,
looking through the search engine I found that it is considered a BUSH and not a tree although mine is about 8' tall and several thick branches from the ground.
also it is Sharon with one r :)

Double Rose Of Sharron Tree
Your seeds will probably sprout and grow, but won't come true. The doubles are not usually grown from seeds, but from cuttings. You'll get a single flowered seedling.
thank you melody, I do not need any more plants so if anyone wants seeds let me know
