Email Name Search

Last night I was getting ready to email eweed so I decided to use the new link under the Mail Tab that says Compose New Mail. Its neat and I have used it before. What I didn't notice before was that when I entered "eweed" a drop down box came up with a list of 13 others with "eweed" in their name!!

So out of curiosity I entered "daisy" to see how many of us there are. Result: 118

Then "garden" . Result: (ready?) 1772

Even "dave". Result: 303
"trish": 50
and "terry": 104!!!

Just funny to play with, that's all.

Putting it in quotes results in no matches. The two folks I've searched for e-mailed through the new system had unique member ID's that don't occur within other member ID's, so I didn't notice that!

If you have a problem finding your friend, just eMail it to me and I'll read it, OK?

No- wait again! My mistake. Many apologies. It does work. It just doesn't work when you search the Memberlist.

sure would. There are 72 Planters....not surprising. There actually is one other Pville. So curious as to whether this one was from the same Pville as I am, I searched the member list. What I discovered was that you can only jump pages up to 50 which only got me to the PEs. So I had to forward thru dozens more pages one at a time using the next button to get down to the PVs, only to find that the other Pville didn't list a zone or locale, so I don't know anymore than when I started.

You just found one of my number one wishes for Dave to correct but it has been a long, long time wishing. Thank goodness wishes aren't horses in this case! ;-)
