It is the time of year that I post a reminder of our Garden Angel program.

The Garden Angel program was started the year that we began to charge subscriptions. It is available to any member who is in need of help to pay for their subscription when it is due.

There are a great many subscriptions that are due in October, but the program is available all year.

If you are in need of help, or if you know of anyone who is in need of assistance, please either email me directly, or email the helpdesk. If you happen to notice one of your friends is no longer posting, please feel free to let us know. Our goal is that none of our wonderful gardeners and friends are left behind.

My wonderful committee and I will be reviewing each case to assure that those who are in need will recieve help. We also count on all of you to bring people to our attention. Working together, we hope not to lose anyone ! :)

I really think that it is wonderful that we have this. I am one of the ones that don't need it this year. But you never know when I might. And its good to know you guys are here. Thank-You for all the hard work that you do. Binky

In years past, we have had many use the Garden Angel program, but so far this year, I've only heard from a couple of people. My committee members are wondering if they actually have any work to do :)

Also, I wanted to remind our new memebers that if you would like to donate to the Garden Angel fund, you may contact me to do so. Right now, you can purchase raffle tickets for a drawing to give away the beautiful quilt put together with love by DG members. Tickets are $5 each, and all money collected goes into the Fund.

Mailing my check for the quilt raffle today! I don't wanna be left out of a good way to support DG, support the Angel Fund, and have a chance to see that quilt again!
