Blimey! I turn my back for 8 months and look what happens?

Hi all hope you are all well. I have been really quite ill for quite a few months and havent been around at all. But now I am back fitter and stronger than ever before. I resubscribe to daves and what do I see?? everything has changed? New colours, new formats - oh my! lol

Hi Darius! good to see you too. I have struggled with severe clinical depression for almost 3 years now but since March this year it became very severe indeed. Pleas to increase my medication fell on deaf ears for a long time despite voluntarily admitting myself to hospital. Eventually they listened and did increase it. This has really worked wonders and after 2 clear months I am feeling so very much better. Yesterday I even got on my allotment for the first time in many weeks and actually wanted to be there.

So great to see you back and to hear you are doing better! The changes here are pretty cool aren't they! You have a lot of catching up to do after such a long absence and a lot of new members to meet. There are so many forums and people now that I can't read a quarter of the posts each day and sometimes it is months before I see a new name and realize I never welcomed them. But they are still a great bunch and you are bound to meet a lot of new best friends here among the old standbys/
