searches

Please bear with me here, but I'm a bit flummoxed as to how I do a search .

I entered the name of the plant that I was after in the box, but then I couldn't find anything to press to start the search?

i just know that it's staring me in the face somewhere, but for the life of me, can't figure out what.

my cat is more computer savvy than me!!... Was sat here yesterday typing in, she jumped up, trod on some keys..and hey presto ,all my words are in a bigger size. clever cat, now I can read what's being written!!..But I don't know how to return it to it's original size for other users?

On the search just press the enter key after you've typed the name in.

I've forgotten how to change the type size on a PC keyboard but when I have a mouse with the wheel in the middle, I used to just use that to change it.

Ah, I've always wondered that about the search as well sue - I just used the search option in the header bar. Thanks for the answer Baa :)

I knew it was going to be simple ! (mind you, that fits me to a tee...)

Another question Baa, how do I use the mouse to do it, when I clicked it (which I didn't know it would do that even) it came up with a circle with an arrow facing up and down.

Perhaps I should ask the cat again :-)

On mine I kept the wheel clicked and moved it either up or down to change the text size

You have to be pressing the 'Ctrl' key while scrolling the wheelie. Up is smaller, down is larger, (~:
I hope at least it is a PC with a wheel mouse that you have.
