Private Emails?

I know there was a private email thing, I used it a few times and received some but I forgot how or where I did it. Can some one please tell me where to find this?

I think all you have to do is click on someone's name and then you have the option to send them a private email.

If you want to review your own emails, go to your member page and click on "view your member to member emails".
