carpet walk-way

Nauvoo, AL(Zone 7a)

Well----the family is calling me a true Redneck. I have put semi used carpet down my walk-way so I dont have to worry with weeding or stepping in mud. It has worked out great. I like it very much. I do have to sweep it every now and then to get the leaves off of it. No big deal. It makes a soft walk.

i have it in several places too! You walk from my garden pathe to carpet on the way to the GH!
I have carpet pieces in the garden to keep the weeds down where i someday will finish the sidewalk!

guess im a redneck too!

hehe : )

I put a big 12x12 carpet down under my lawn table and chairs cause its under trees and there wasnt much grass there. Keep my shoes clean from dirt. My carpet walk way path also goes around our work shed with flower beds on each side, which leads to my small greenhouse ( 12x30 greenhouse).
My grandfather lives 15 feet away from my house in a trailer. I take care of him most of the time. This is the path between us.

The carpet path probably gives him better footing for walking, too.

Oh well, join the crowd. I keep my Christmas lights up all year long. LOL. I guess that makes me a red neck too. Heheh

my GH floor is upsidedown carpet-it works great and all i have to do is sweep it up. If it gets bad just get another piece from the dumpsters! :)
They have great replacement pieces! LOL

I am right behind ya'll with the redneck thing.....I am going to put carpet down on my paths and cover with pine straw. So many weeds down here I have to do something!
