Pic not uploading from mail

I want to post a few pictures from my e-mail. Am copying them to my desktop. Then after using the browser button, it comes there. When I preview it, it shows. But when I press the send button, that is the end of the show! The next time I do the same, only the preview button is displayed and the send button is absent. Why does this happen? Related to the system? Any ideas?

Dinu, are you putting anything in the text box? You have to add some text before you can send images to a forum. (Not true of the PDB submissions, although a caption is strongly encouraged there, too.)

Dinu, a blank space or 'Enter' will do as well.

Yes, except the point of forcing a bit of writing is two-fold. It

1) prevents accidentally uploading the same image by hitting your "enter" key twice in a row; and

2) encourages the submitter to provide an explanation, however brief, to help others appreciate the image more ;o)

I also have a problem, picture uploading speed is very slow, dont know why.
