Would you be in favor of a Weather forum?

There has been some discussion of this on the Parking Lot forum, what do you think? Weather effects all of us, especially since we are gardeners.

With a resounding "hurrah", I vote for a weather forum.... not just a thread when a hurricane threatens... but folks posting when it's about to frost our fragile plants, or when it's so unusually cool our tomatoes won't ripen. What's goin on out there that's cooking us or keeping us in a ten year drought.

As a dyed in the wool weather junkie, I would LOVE to be able to talk weather with all the DG's around the world! Since this a gardening site, and weather is probably the most important part of gardening, it seems very appropriate. I wold post more, but busy getting ready for hurricane Frances. Talk about interesting weather! LOL

I would love to see it......would make it so much easier to find the weather related threads!

I think this could be a really good thing. A central place to check on our friends in troubled areas and nothing is a mor general subject of conversation among farmers, gardeners and old fogies like me!
