Grandpa's and Grandma's
hearts swelled with a joy
that even a car wreck
could not destroy!

We were lost and lookin' for a sign
to tell us which way to go,
when CRUNCH a car hit the side of mine,
Thank God it was a glancing blow.
All involved were all right,
we had run a red light,
So, we were to blame,
which really is lame.
Now my new car
has a big ugly mar.
But isn't this baby sweet enough to make any grandparent decide to put all thoughts of fender benders aside and concentrate on kisses and hugs!
She protested anyone taking her measurements and weight.

Tucker was thrilled with his new baby sister and got very upset when we wouldn't let him share his french fries with her.

Marisa (15) is my oldest grandaughter. She spent the summer with her Aunt and Uncle to help out til the baby came. We are very proud of the way she pitched in and were thrilled to get to see her on this trip.

Really original name too. I only know one Bryce here.
Yes, we really were in a wreck, no major damage just have to replace one door, one bottom panel and a tail light lens cover on our car and the front fender, one headlight and the bumber of the other car. The young man we hit turned out to be a friend of my son's! What are the odds of that in a city the size of Sacramento. He actually showed up at the hospital to see the baby the next day while we were there.
Eric sent me this a few minutes ago. Tucker in orange when he was 3 days old and Bryce at 3 days. He thinks they look alike except for the coloring. But I think most babies look alike at that young age.
Well I see they have the same mouth and cheeks but the noses are definatly different and the eyebrows are similar but definatly diferent. SSSSOOOOO CUTE!!
