Pardon my ignorance for lack of a better word lol....but what does the 'R' stand for??? It's ButterFly x R right? lol Anyhow anything crossed with BF is good in my book too :) Getting excited here ya'll...!!!!!

central Arkansas, AR(Zone 7b)

Please add me to the list, Kell. I grow lots of things from seed but never a brug. I can handle up to a couple dozen-your call according to availability. I thank you for your generosity.

Gretchen, went back to the very first post lol....maybe it is Rosamond...That would be good too :o)

I ordered my rockwool and the soak, thanks Gretchen

Weimar, TX(Zone 8b)

Kell, I am so interested in getting "bit" by this brug. If you have anymore seeds, as a beginner, I would love to get started sharing this excitement. I have been looking at nurseries around and can't find brugs so maybe I could get started this way - with seeds. Please let me know and I will send you a bubble envelope as suggested above. Anxious and excited.

Tulsa, OK(Zone 7a)

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

I think they call Rothkirch "RK" and Rosamond "R". I believe that Rosamond is a sister to Pink Beauty, hybridized by Blin in France... Of course I could be wrong. Kell is the only one that can set us straight :) Gretchen

Have fun with the RW Julie!

Denver, CO(Zone 5b)

Kell you are so generous!! I hope no one is taking advantage of what you offer! I just keep coming back and imagining all the smiles you are, and will be creating.

Harlem, GA(Zone 8a)

Thanks Gretchen! I will lol...can't wait to see the results. I'll get the order of RW probably next week. *crossing fingers* How long did it take your's to get to you? UPS Ground....

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Yes, Gretchen is right. R is Rosamond.

I better start washing all those pods soon!

If you have not heard from me, please email me your address thru Dave's. Thanks

Though on your bubble envelope, you should have a label inside addressed to yourself. and on the back please right how many seeds you want. That way I can just go down the line stuffing the envelopes without having to refer to your emails

If I can I will send the amount to you. I will split them among the different kinds. I have a few different kinds I will get together.

Harlem, GA(Zone 8a)

Kell, I didnt write in on the outside of the Envy :(... I put a little note inside,... I'm sorry, please forgive. There's a label enclosed with my name and address on it and some blanks too along with the postage.

Kell thank you from the bottom of my heart and I am sure I speak for everyone in saying that you are so kind and generous to share your seeds. We know it's not an easy task to do and appreciate all your efforts now and henceforth. I value all your knowlege as well as friendship. Thanks for contributing to the Brug world in such a HUGE way and letting us grow your seeds out.

Julie/Brugaddict

Columbia, SC(Zone 8a)

Kell, I agree with Julie. It is really a generous thing for you to do. I know how much time it must take to get all of this together.

Linda

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

Kell I have sent you envelopes, mine is inside addressed, stamped and number on back.
You have me hooked.

Commerce, GA(Zone 8a)

Kell, just got home today from NE Ga, stayed at my DD home until we got power back. It's terrible here! My yard looks like a war zone, we have bad roof damage , solar water system is damaged, food in big upright freezer, two refrigerator freezers, ALL gone. Ins says "they do not pay for food loss!"
As much as I love gardening in Fl, I am thinking seriously about going back to GA!!!LOL! Take care, Melba

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

OMG Melba. That is too bad. I hope that you don't have a lot of damage to your home too. I'm sure it will be a contractors paradise for a while down there. Wish there was something I could do to help you out. I can't imagine dealing with a hurricane. At least you are safe.

Hubbard, OR(Zone 8a)

Kell:

Do you still have any left. I just joined dave's about a week ago and have only started growing brugs since may of this year. I would love to try some seeds. LMK what I have to do if you still have any.

Jeremiah

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Jeremiah, I just sent you an e-mail about your package.

Decatur, IN(Zone 5a)

Melba,
I don't know if this would help you but this is a post in a different forum where the poster gives some advice in this matter: http://www.mauiplumeriagardens.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1939

Gemila

Canadaigua, NY(Zone 6b)

Sending my envelope out today... Thanks Kell, you're the best! Mere

Commerce, GA(Zone 8a)

Thanks, Gemilla,We are going to need FEMA. To top it all , my husbands boss got mad because we were in GA, is probably going to fire him! I have COPD, could not come back without power, so I guess it"s my fault! Now, we are watching Jeanne! thanks for the info, Melba

Carmel, NY(Zone 6b)

Wow - what a fabulous offer... I would love to try a couple in my sunroom this winter if you still have any left. This will be my first dive into the flower pond! Aside from Nasturtiums, I've never tried flowers. (Will this include "Planting Brugs for Dummies" instructions?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I am sorry, I have not been noticing this thread, it must have been low on the list each time I looked. I have lots of seeds. I haven't sent any out yet. I am waiting on a couple more named pods to ripen so I can add more variety to the bags.

Welcome Jeremiah, I have plenty of seeds. Just send me a self addressed bubble envelope. On the back of the envelope write how many seeds TOTAL you want and I will divide them between several crosses. Email me thru Dave's and I will email you back with my address. And if you are lucky I will include my entire address this time! LOL

Linda, it always takes more time than I think it will. I am having trouble finding the time to stuff the little seed envelopes. It is the writing the cross s on the envelopes that gets to me. I hate it. And the seeds stick to the paper towels I am drying them on. Makes me nuts trying to pick them off one by one!

Melba, I am so sorry for all your trouble!! I hope things work out for you and your husband!

Columbia, SC(Zone 8a)

Not rushing you Kell, I know it takes a long time to record things. I have plenty of time to plant and am anxious to receive some of your 'special' crosses. That 'sexy' one is gorgeous.

Harlem, GA(Zone 8a)

Not rushing either, it is just so generous to offer us some of your seeds. Take your time and go at your own pase. We will be patient and very very thankful :)

Jones Creek, TX(Zone 9a)

Not a problem here either, I have all year and next year too, and hopefully a few more..........LOL.. Take your time Kell and don't don't fret about it all. Wish some of us were closer and we could help you out ......could make up and assembly line or something......
:o)

Kell, I just noticed on your 1:47 reply that you mentioned sending your entire address. When you sent your address to me, you didn't send your city or state. I wondered if you would receive my envelope with only the zip code and no city or stste.Did you receive it? I thought you just didn't want to give out your town.
Bonnie

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Kell, I dry my seeds on paper plates. Works great. It might be too late to help you this time, but making the labels for the little seed bags using return address labels works great too. Let the computer do the work. If you need some help with the labels, I can run some off for you and get them in the mail. Just let me know the names of the crosses in an email and I'll get right on it.

Pennsburg, PA(Zone 6a)

If you have any seeds left, I would like to try some. Please e-mail your addy and I'll get a bubble envelope in the mail. Thanks!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Dolores, I prefer you email me thru Dave's so I have your email for my records. thanks

Bonnie, I am weird but not that weird. LOL. I will look when I get home. I have all the bubble envelopes in a shopping bag by my computer at home just waiting for me to fill them.

I put the papertowels on the paper plate. Maybe I should just drain them on the paper towel then dump them on the paper plate before they are dry.

Brugie girl, I will talk to you tonight about this. It might be a life saver!! Last lot of seeds I sent I am still getting bruggers asking me what my scribble said! They can't figure out the cross. LOL But by the 20th envelope you start to forget what you are even writing. Maybe you can teach me how to do it myself!! Thanks

Northern Piedmont, NC(Zone 7b)

Kell, I would be happy to grow out some of your seeds if any are left, and of course, agree about hybridizers rights.
Jean

Tulsa, OK(Zone 6b)

Kell, when you're doing a lot of them, printing on the computer is the ONLY way to go! I just packaged up a bunch of pollen, started off writing but switched to printing them out. My hand was cramping up, and my handwriting isn't that terrific in the first place! Labels would be the easiest, just peel and stick, but plain paper would work, too. You can type your name and the cross, copy and paste as many as you need on a page, then print it and cut them apart. Tape them on a paper envelope, or drop inside a plastic one.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Shoot. I just got off the phone with Brugie and we forgot to even mention the labels!! I guess the first US double pink took preference!!! LOL LOL LOL LOL

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

Kell good way to print those out on computer, use a regular name tag setup only use plain paper, it certainly must keep you plenty busy doing this for everyone, I think we should have a 'donation box' set up for kell. I would gladly donate she has been wonderfull to me, and she is so generouse.

San Jose, CA(Zone 9a)

kell...e-mail me if you would like, I would be happy to print up address lables too, with your name and parents names. Just send me info. and how many you would need of each.
I will send them back within a day....just not over this coming week-end please.
Margie

Pennsburg, PA(Zone 6a)

Kell,
Sent you an e-mail. Hoping to hear from you. Thanks!

N.C. Mts., NC(Zone 6b)
