help me name a housing project

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

I have been asked to name our next housing project, any ideas??

the site has a killer sea view, on a hill in Gumusluk

they are going to be apartments, not the villas that we have been building, we have found that there is a need for cheaper places......

Mirpur (A.K), Pakistan(Zone 9b)

What about ' Paradise Point"

Baker City, OR(Zone 5b)

How about Sea View Apartments?

Efland, NC(Zone 7a)

Horizon View

SkyWater Apartments ("Where one meets another!") (

Seymour, IN(Zone 5b)

Dawnview or Duskview Place?

Millersburg, PA(Zone 6b)

How about Sea the Future (See what you can be)

Helsinki, Finland(Zone 4b)

Ulappa ("sea")

Tyrskyranta ("surge shore")

hahah :D

So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)

It's kinda dumb, but what about "See the Sea"??

Spokane Valley, WA(Zone 5b)

Enchanted Overlook

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

Crysal Wells (stolen from a complex here)

Pebble Bay

or you could just call it
Pebbles Place, lol

Jackson, SC(Zone 8a)

Gumusluk's Seaveiw apartments

Danbury, NH(Zone 5b)

Hello,
My ideas would be, Gumusluk View, Gumusluk Vue, Gumusluk Heights, Gumusluk Village, Gumusluk Villas, Gumusluk Towers.

I would be interested in the name you pick,
Linda

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

Seagate
Seabreeze

Thanks guys for all these great suggestions.
Mary, We have already used Sea view villas, and Grand sea view villas.
I like the paradise point, why didnt I think of that?

Jen, I didnt want to lend my name to a lesser complex.......I'm saving my name for a spectacular classy site...
I like See the Sea, but I think it would loose in translation.....
I have to stick with something fairly simply translated.

I had thought of sunset view, and I already told them to go ahead with it, because I was given a day and a half to come up with someting, and they had to have the brochures printed up in time for the dublin fair wich is next week.....
I'll send an email to them and see where we stand on it.

I am in Birmingham, england, not alabama.............

thanks for all the suggestions, I am going to store them for our future complexes, so i dont have to tax my brain in a pinch. everything is done at the last minute here, and boy does that cramp my style...

Evert, thanks for your suggestions, but I just dont think we can roll those names off our tongues....By the way, we sold a house to one of your neighbours.... A sweedish couple......

Mirpur (A.K), Pakistan(Zone 9b)

Ladies and gentlemen I won the the Seven days and Seven nights tour of Paradise point. ( JUST KIDDING)
Thank you so much Pebble.

lol Gumlla, sounds fun though doesnt it?

well, looks like there is a slight glitch in the project, something about building permits etc., so cant sell them here in Ireland this weekend as I had hoped.
they are officially named paradise point, and I will post pictures when I get back to the office.
well, Im off to set up for the Dublin Exhibition, I'll try to get on Dave's next week and let you all know how many we have sold of the other developments.

I was just informed that we have bought land and shells of 186 semi detached villas in DIDIM, now, that one I might have to use my name in.....I have to go see it first and see what I think, but it is just like 20-30 feet from the sea.....and they are supposed to be cheap.
Let's put our heads together and try to name this project in didim, and somehow incorporate my name in it????

see ya'll later

Pebble Beach!!

Long Beach, CA(Zone 10b)

Clint Eastwood might visit!!

Moab, UT(Zone 6b)

Sorry to be so dumb, but where/what is DIDIM?

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Didim is another seaside resort town on the Aegean....

Oh I am knackered....finally done with the Dublin fair, houses are selling like hotcakes.
the paradise point apts werent being offered for sale though cause of some permits that we need to get from the municipality which we had not been able to gt before the fair, so we didnt want to sell them in case the project would fall through.

I am really looking forward to the villas in Didim, I'll have to hire a salesperson to be based in Didim, cause its about 3 hours away from Bodrum....
anyone interested??? lol -

We go home on Wednesday - leave in the wee predawn hours, and dont get in to Bodrum till after 8pm....long day. I told my boss I wouldnt be coming in on thursday, and might not come in on friday either, and I am going to a two day wedding event in Izmir over the weekend, so I might not go to the office till next week.
Although, I have tons of people expecting e-mails from me, so I will most likely feel guilty not going in to the office right away...

cheers guys, and are we thinking of names for the villas in DIDIM???

I thought of Pebble Beach, but was told that it would give the wrong idea, that people would think the beaches are pebbly not sandy....I woudnt have thought of that, but those English think differently....
