Email through DG website

For some reason, I never get email that anyone has sent me through the DG website email. I thought at first that it was possibly my spam filter, but I've checked (it holds the mail aside rather than deleting it immediately, so I can check it), and it's not the spam filter.

I can send email through DG website ok...just don't receive it.

Help!!

A lot of mail runs through here each day without any problems, so it's gotta be something in your mail program settings - you might try posting your question (and details on what email system you're running) in the computer talk forum for some help on figuring out which setting needs to be tweaked.

Indeed Terry is right, it's not a problem on our end, rather it's an issue with your server.

When my system tries to email you, your ISP's mail server replies with:

Deferred: 452 4.5.0 Requested mail action aborted: insufficient system storage

Your ISP's server's hard drive is full. They're gonna need a bigger drive. No doubt you're not receiving much mail from other people, either.

Actually, I have no problem with receiving email through my server (except for through DG)

I'll send them the error message you got, and see what they say.

If they need the complete logs, let me know and I'll send it to them.

Well, I think that DG webmail now coming through to me. I guess the problems my server was having was the culprit. When someone has a chance, shoot me an email to double check, please...
