Going to Ind.

Well guys I am off in the morning. Going to Mich. City In. My oldest granddaughter is getting married the 4th of Sept. So I am going to be gone about two weeks. Am going to enjoy some corn and tomatoes while I am there Too!!! LOL Talk to you all when I get back. Mary (Binky) :))))))))

Notmartha, I keep having a recurring dream that JC Mellencamp comes to visit at our farm and we have a weekend long jam session. I've added James Taylor to that session :) My DD did security for Churchill Downs at the KY Derby this year and both JC and his wife came through her line. She had to wand them and go through their bags, etc. She said that Mrs. JC is so sweet and pretty and he was just as nice as we would think he is.

Others are not always nice and one of the meanest (and he lives here in KY) is William Shatner.

But anyhow, I thought you'd like to know you are not alone in your love for JC Mellencamp. BTW, if I ever have that jam session, I'll be sure to let you know, LOL.

Hi Everybody, Got back last night! Was a wonderful wedding and had all!!! of my children, grandchildren and gt. grandchildren. will post some pictures as soon as I get them down loaded. Had lots!! of corn on the cob and tomatoes.(like I said I would)he he.Sure did miss you guys. See I have lots to catch up on. You guys have been busy. LOL

Oh Binky....she is lovely...glad you got to see all the family...that is so important! I hope I get to meet you some day...Tombstonejan and I are planning another RU for Tucson...probably early spring...want to help??

Jo, I would love to help. When? I will be out of town the 1st week of May. We go to Sedona every year. But other than that I would love to!! Yes she did make a wonderful Bride! It was so wonderful to have my whole family together. I also got to go to southern Ill to see the only uncle I have living on my mothers side. But back to the RU , never did anything like that before. But sure would like to learn. So let me know what to do. Maybe we could all meet one day??? e-mail me. :)))))) Mary
