Thanks ever so much for the info. When I was leaving the hospital today, ran into a former co-worker...heading in for the first of her chemo appts. after a double mastectomy. With it in my family and amongst my friends-I will be signing in.

When I clicked on it yesterday it said "we have met our goal"...but I had added mine last week. Jo

Awesome that they met the goal...and so proud to know that mom and i will be on it.
i was doing research today for breast cancer survivor shirts and came across the lee denim day program. this year its going to be on oct 8th...
i'm planning on talking to my boss tomorrow to see if we can get my work involved in it.
what i got out of reading the site was that companies that are involved in the denim day sell the right to wear denim (instead of uniforms, work clothes, etc) for $5.00. all the money goes to the susan komer (sp) foundation.
i'm so hoping that my boss, or marketing, okays it. I preach to everyone about early detections, etc.....look at me, i was diagnosed at 35!!!
