Yard Sale

This is just some of the nice things I have found at yard sales. The round wicker table has a glass top, got it for $5.00.

Another good buy

I am a little embarassed to show this one. We are moving my Friend Lucille out of her apartment and while taking some things to the dumpster, this is what I found.
Genlyn and I are having a yard sale next month and I thought we could sell them and make a buck or two.

Wonderful finds! The rattan round table in the first picture looks like older rattan. If it is, it's worth something.

ok .. give me the date and the 'directions' ... from NW Arkansas! heehee

Let me give ya my 'list' ... I'll take the straw basket of silk flowers, all three wall shelves,
the lil round rattan table, the two end tables with shelf, the wooden rocker there .. and .. (heehee)
I just wish ... !!!

Gracious .. don't even mention the word 'embarrassed' .. When a body finds or stumbles onto such
wonderful little goodies like that - It's a 'gift'! No matter where they're found !!! Just grab, boast, and
then 'flaunt' it, and flaunt it 'good' ... right here .. just like you're doin' !! .. HeeHee

Hey .. I happen to know an ol po' hillbilly woman that would be just plum
tickled pink and some kind of pleased .. to be able to find such !!!

Those are great finds and I agree dont be embarrased by a good find whether its at a dumpster or even the dump,LOL.

note: our dump wont let you go thru stuff to get anything, and Ive seen some stuff I wouldve grabbed if I couldve reached it.

My DS friend took over their lease at an apt. When he did not pay the rent they changed the locks. Of course he did not let my son know and everything le left for him to use was taken to the dumpster. One of the things was the papasan I had just bought DIL for christmas. When I found out I could have strung DS up by his ankles. I don't know what else went. I bet someone had a good time that day. I know I would have.
