links to members own web sites

Hi Dave,

I think it would be fun to be able to see what other members have done in their own gardens. If there was an option to include a link to their own web site on each members "member information page", that would be great. There are so many people on here whose gardens I'd LOVE to see. Maybe there is this option already and I just can't find it?

Welcome to DG, Julie! :) There's a place to enter personal and favorite websites in member preferences. Not everyone has done so, but it's great when folks do!

Just noticed a bit of an oddity. When you click on the (il) behind salvia_lover's name, it brings up 'Member List: viewing members in the country of '(nothing). I tried a couple of other members from foreign countries and they came up correctly. Wondering if the abbreviation is not correct so it brings up the Isreal page but no country name at the top?

It brought up Israel for me - maybe it's been addressed since you clicked and posted?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction gardenwife! :-) And thanks to kooger for unknowingly letting me know that you can click on the location and get a list of people from there. Cool feature! :-) Too bad there aren't more subscribed members in Israel though.
