Hyperlink/Homepage question

Since a hyperlink within a thread takes us out of DG via new window, can we not have a link in a Member's Page open a new window as well?

There are so many users with homepages that are commercial sites now that I would think that they are the same as a hyperlink embedded in a thread.

(and if you look at more than one of their pages, you have to back out too much to get home to DG)

For a truly integrated DG, It just seems that you would only want a DG site to open in the same window like Plants Database or the Dawg. Even Scif sites should be external.

If you want any other links to open in a new window, just hold down your shift key when you click.
