It looks like we're in for a blow.
We spent yesterday afternoon shopping for a few things (water and ice) and picking up possible projectiles from the yard. All the pots and potted plants, lawn furniture etc has to be secured...it's amazing how much stuff there is! LOL I just wish we could secure the big oak tree in the front yard!
What are some of you doing to prepare for the storm??

Be safe Stacey! For us Bonnie was nothing...will be interesting to see what Charley deceids to do. The dogs all send you glad wags and doggie kisses. They miss your lap. LOL

Thanks Gins, we will. How much rain is the panhandle getting getting??
We're as ready as can be or will be by this afternoon. If there's no power after the storm we'll still have most of the comforts of home in our new trailer! LOL Assuming it does okay. We do have it in a sheltered area so we have high hopes and great insurance :) Hugs to all of you 2 and 4 leggers and give Payne an extra 'scritch' for me~

Payne is wallered on the futon and enjoyed his extra scritch from "Aunt" Stacey. Hey if ya'll need to leave now or later in the cain season I happen to know where there is lots of room to park your new trailer! and it's pet friendly too. :-)))

You folks are in our prayers. Our daughter in the Richmond, VA area says they are already getting more than usual rains and warnings of wind and more heavy rains.

Gins, I wish I could find a good reason to head that far north. I'd sure love to see y'all and have giant doggies in my lap and face! Sweeeet puppies!
