Probably a temporary issue Dave, but as I was doing some research on Google, several links to the PDB within Google are coming up with errors:

Warning: main(/www/garden/inc/www/dg_main.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/garden/pdb/error.php on line 2

Warning: main(): Failed opening '/www/garden/inc/www/dg_main.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/php/includes:/usr/share/php:/usr/local/lib/php/') in /www/garden/pdb/error.php on line 2

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: db_sql in /www/garden/pdb/error.php on line 3

Yes, search for Plants Database comes up with exact above information.
