I am trying to enter a Morning Glory in the Data Base and get the message that it is already entered. The one I am trying to enter is Heian No Kaori and there is not one I can find entered already. Am I doing something wrong or overlooking this plant????

My guess is you added it today, then "lost" it, and thought it didn't load properly. The second time you tried to add it, the system recognized it as a duplicate.
The day you add a new entry, they're easy to lose track of because the system hasn't yet indexed all the new stuff for the day (so a search for it won't find it.) But you can always look for your newest submissions on your member page, under the list of plants you've added: http://plantsdatabase.com/browse/user/WillowWasp

Terry .. thanks for the 'reminder' up there .. about the posting of pics to the database, and giving it ample time, etc. ! I'd surely have done the same thing for concern .... hee
And thanks for the email 'invite' .. you'd sent several days ago! {RE: ... about posting my heirloom veggie pics and info to the database}. I apologize; I am a BIG procrastinator in checking my web mail often enough .. I'll try to get around to doing just that, soon.
