WoW a big thanks to all of you for my birthday greetings! It was a good day puttering in the garden weeding some, daydreaming a lot, and sweating less since the temps were lower today than they have been for weeks ("only 88").

DH took me out to dinner tonight at our favorite Chinese Buffet (all you can eat) like I need to eat anything for a long, long time LOL

Pond, I'm sorry I missed your big day. Usually I look at the birthday list but must not have on Thursday. It sounds like you had a good day, no stress, just enjoying, that's a good way to spend your birthday. Happy birthday all over again if you want to make it two this year! Ummm, probably not.

Aaaaa once you have passed the half century mark (OMGoodness) it is all downhill anyway so I guess I can celebrate again! Does that mean that the cake still doesn't have calories? LOL

I ran over there to have a piece of the cake, and trust me, there are no chemicals, fat, or carbs in.

Besides, since we feel and look so good over there, we are able to get in lots and lots of exercize, well, fter the surfing and the pool.

Lani - the cake never has any calories on your birthday, or your DH's birthday or your DS's birthday ..... get the picture. I just have to find enough people who are celebrating their birthday each week so I can get my calorie free fix of Birthday cake. I even make a cake for the dogs. Storm like chocolate and Quill likes lemon.
So glad you had a wonderful day. Chinese buffet , ummmm sounds fantastic to me.
