what is best method to add a series

of picts & notes to a PDB
the picts presently are sorta scrambled around
& in no basic orderly line up
so i would like to add a series of picts with notes
do i just add the first pict of series to the PDB
& then wait til it shows up
& then add the additional picts with notes ?
