Just wanted to show you the VILLAs that we are selling. They are Semi-detached (what we would called duplexes - they share a wall with next door neighbour)
I am going to England then Ireland to the "overseas home show" next month to sell these villas.
they are 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, garden, 2 communal swimming pools, children's playground
all for about 80.000 dollars

So they're like condos, with shared use of ammenities like the pool? They're so pretty!

Kimberly, yes they are exactly like condos, no "like" about it, they are condos. But here they call them semi-detached villas....(hmmmm dont know about the villa part....but that's what they call them - lol)
Darius, it is too far from the States..... I even thought of selling one to my sister, but she would only come out once a year, and the travel time is about 24 hours, and then it takes 2-3 days to get over jet lag....so not really very practical for americans is it?
