Hey Howie :)

Frederick, MD(Zone 6a)

GW, you know you're included too - I know how much you love this ;)

Several of our employees spent all day watching - guess what???

Enjoy!

Hah! Howie's been counting down the days until football games are televised. He's going to see if one of his co-workers will switch shifts with him on the day of the first game.

Dea, what business do you have?

Newark, OH(Zone 5a)

I wish I could have been there. That would be awsome.

It is 7 days, 16 hours, 45 minutes and 52 seconds until August 9, 2004, at 8:00:00 PM and the Hall of fame game.

lol - counting the hours and minutes. The office here is beginning to get a little crazy; they've all waited so long for what they think will be a banner year with Joe back :)

It's pretty funny actually, on Friday's during the season, they all wear their Jerseys, crazy hats and such :) You don't even want to think about what the office looks like if "we" are playing a Monday nite game !

I'm a Mortgage Banker, GW. DH and me, that is :)

Here is the link for the counter. Pass it around your office. Pre season or not I can't wait.

Hey thanks :)

And for you, the "Classic" MNF theme song. I have to laugh, two of the guys in the office crank this up at least twice a week during the season :)

Wow that is cool Howie never seen like that. Thank for sharing!

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Well, he's gotten permission to switch workshift for Monday and is going to a co-worker's house to watch The Big Game. I'm undecided about whether to go or not. I like the people and their greyhound! :)

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

He enjoyed his football night at our friends' home...And the 'Skins won. That's always a plus. He came home in his jersey and hat (and jeans, yes) quite the happy camper.

Frederick, MD(Zone 6a)

That is quite spectacular Howie!

Now gw - get yourself on over to the thread discussing the new format - I'm lookin' for a photo you guys took........ ;)

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

What photo? I don't see the question - which thread?

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

I found it, Dea. :)

Frederick, MD(Zone 6a)

Well Howie....today's the day :)

6 of the guys got together and bought tix for the game today. They've all worked so hard last month that we decided to treat them to a rented Hummer for the ride and the tailgate party. They stopped by to pick up 15 lbs of wings we cooked for them and a mound of BLT pasta salad :) They have their grill in the back for cooking burgers, etc. They're already there - they left at 8:30 this morning!

My son's on the far right, strong man in the middle is his best friend since they were 3 years old!

They sure look different here than at the office ;)

Hey they forgot to pick me up. Man I would love to be going with them. I got lucky the game is televised here today.

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

That's great, Dea! Great touch, that Hummer. Howie would have LOVED that part!

Newark, OH(Zone 5a)

That was a pretty good game. They could use a little work here and there but for the most part I was pretty pleased with thier first game.

No one who likes the 'Skins can be all bad! I don't watch football (or any TV) much anymore but my heart is always with them, win or lose.
