looks like a beautiful place to relax.i am going to a meeting in KC starting Sun.if you and brugie want to trade anything ,let me know, i have room in my truck.everytime i go to KC i eat to much briscut or to many ribs and have to take a little nap in Gates parking lot.

Wonderful deck and yard!!! I'd use the center strip of the drive for a 'median garden', ha!!! Such a tidy, attractive place you have. What kind of finish do you have on your deck floor!!!
It is sealed with a Linseed base oil,so I can hose it down and water pots on it.
