Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Love the little Justicia in the chicken pot. Bet that back yard smells down the block. Looks great. I would come to your deck party, but I don't think the muscle relaxer I'm taking would get me there safely. I'll have to catch the next flush of blooms and deck party.

Moose Jaw, SK(Zone 3b)

What a lovely deck and yard Rootdoc! :D

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

I have you to thank for the trees Shirley!

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

Beautiful deck Root .. it looks so nice and cozy! What is the little palm like beside the one chair?

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

I call him Cousin It, I will have to look him up for a proper name Deb.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Okay, I'm curious. Behind the chairs I can see what looks like a couple of walkways with an island in the middle. Am I seeing things?

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

I missed the chicken at first. I'm glad to hear that no chickens were harmed for the justicia. Breathing a sigh of relief for you CC.
Root, I guess about now you're wondering how you lasted so long without your deck. It looks great.

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

LOL,It is the pain meds Shirley, that is the driveway,I have the middle mulched.
I wonder the same Liz,I love it!

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

I was talking to her on the phone earlier,I had to take those with my shoulder,Whew,I did not like them!

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Shirley's a trooper. To make her go to emerg she must have really been in a bad way.

Denver, CO(Zone 5b)

Oh rooty! It just looks so nice and inviting there! You have done great in your KS state! Just amazing!

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Root, your deck and gardens look great.

Shirley, hope you'll be feeling better soon. I can send you some of my pain pills and you'd be on Root's deck and never know how you got there. LOL

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Sherry, too funny.

Thanks Bob. That looks great. I'd be tempted to plant it and leave the vehicles someplace else. LOL!

Rowlett, TX(Zone 8a)

Looks great..whats the chances of getting a tour..possibly the middle of August?

Columbia, SC(Zone 8a)

Looks great, how do you keep everything so immaculate?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Really Brugie, I thought gee, he has a great strip right there unplanted. My alley is in my drivelway! in pots..LOL!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Kell, wouldn't that make a great brug alley? Wish I had a place that was set up with cool beds and room for an alley to get to them. I've thought about lining my drive with them, but then I think about all the extra weed eating and Jim's driving skills and think I better leave the brugs in the back yard.

Tulsa, OK(Zone 7a)

mr. rootd. your deck is wonderful, your yard, driveway is great but the BRUGS are so beautiful.. its all lovely.. very very neat ,so clean, in order..

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

Thank you Gals!! I had 28 people through the yard today, not a lot,but pretty good for just folks walking by and wanting to look.
And yes,I do look down that drive and see plantable ground!

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Your deck and garden is beautiful! You have been very very busy. I would like to sit on that deck also and enjoy the fragrance of the flowers at night.
