PDB Error?

I can only search one word in the PD.

I can search for "Canna" but not "Orange Canna".
Whats up? Is it my computer or is the Plants Database in need of some Midol?

Yes, I've had the same problem here this morning. I was also having problems loading pages last night. I think there is a bit of a glitch or some search engine is doing a bit of info harvesting in here. No one else has complained, but I don't think it is your computer.

I never realize how much I depend on the PDB until it has a 'sick day'. I've been taking pictures, so I'm eager to add them.... maybe we all are and that's the problem!

Well, hmmm. I just searched for orange canna: http://plantsdatabase.com/search.php?search_text=orange+canna&submit=Search

But keep in mind, a "name search" won't find all the orange cannas - only those with "orange" in their name. Oddly enough, it is working now. I typed in the same entries I tried before and now it is fine. It was not a matter of how the query was posed, but rather something in the PDB... no harm, fine now.

We did have some very minor server problems last night, and I set it back on course this morning. Hopefully it is fully recovered now.

Was that why I didn't get a newletter yesterday am also? It's here fine today. Also got the 'page cannot be displayed' when I tried to get on DG yesterday am. Was okay by afternoon.
