What would you like to be remembered?

It is a popular and an FAQ in numerous interviews in the media. I thought of asking the same here because there are so many great personalities around.

I'd like to be remembered as a simple, honest, straight forward unselfish person. (I think these qualities are well reflected on the cricket field, and I try to stick to these qualities). As a cricketer and a gardener.

I would like to be remembered as the guy who didn't know very much about anything, but knew a little about everything.

edit: Oh, and I would like to see a plant named after me in the future. That would be glorious :^)

Remembered because I tried to live by the Golden Rule, and for sharing joy, one yard at a time.

Yeppers - living by the Golden Rule - treating others the way I would want to be treated, and also the honesty thing - even if it can be brutal sometimes.

I hope to be remembered for my kindnesses and not my selfishness. For the few 'Right' decisions I made and not the mistakes. For my wit and humor as I laugh at myself and not for those times I laughed at others. For the love in my heart for the many and not the bitterness for the few.

But most of all I hope that those who remember me in love, will remember me forever and that those who remember me in dislike will have short memories.

I hope not to be too effected by Shakespeare's cynicism expressed in Julius Caeser. "The evil that men do lives after them, while the good is oft interred with thier bones."

What I want to be remembered by is not what I am going to be rememberd with.

I would like to be remembered for making people smile and bringing a little sunshine into even the overcast of days. Sharing my gardens and my sense of humor can do that.

Making it a little easier for others. Just anything but "the cat lady".

Im the "Frog Lady" Id rather be remembered for my dingy weird sense of humor. LOL
